Borough Ordinances
Ordinance 259 - Requires every owner/lessor of any apartment, house or other type of rental building used as a dwelling register with the borough every year. If any tenant moves from the dwelling during the year, the owner shall notify the borough within thirty (30) days of said changes. Owner/tenant forms are available at the borough office.
Ordinance 310 - Requires property owners provide access to water meters to Borough Employees or representatives upon request.
Ordinance 327 - Prohibits the throwing of snow into the streets. This ordinance applies to both hand shovel and snowblowers.
